Fulfillment and refunds

Ebooks are emailed to the address at checkout, usually the same day. If a file is corrupt or missing, write us and we send it again.

If we cannot fulfill an order, we refund it. Other digital sales are final once the files have been sent. That is the standard rule for ebooks.
